FAIL!

Homemakers Challenge - 31 Days to Clean

I started this blog to take the 31 Days to Clean, Homemaker's Challenge. This challenge was to begin at the beginning of May, but alas it is already May 6th and my efforts at beginning this challenge have been derailed even before I started. I will not let this totally throw me off course though. I will be doing Day 1 today!

Day 1: Why do I want a clean home?
When my house is clean, my family is happier. Not to say that no one is happy when the house is messy, but the overall mood and ease of life is just better when the house is clean! I also want to make sure that if anyone ever needs a place to stop in to chat, let their kids use the bathroom, get a drink, or borrow something, that I will not have to limit their access to certain areas of the house, or be embarrassed by what they may see when they walk in my house.

1 Peter 4:7-10
The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers. Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
